"EyeDirect really works.  Your invention is simple and ingenious.  Very nice job."  Tom T. Pennsylvania

"Love your product, been using it on so many commercial gigs that it's time to own."J.K.: Venice, CA

"... all good and it's tested and working!" P.M.

"This is so cool.  Will it fit my Sony EX3?"  (web guy:  Yes, it will)  G.W.

"LOVE the EyeDirect, and I want one."  Martin M. Providence

"Well, it worked great!  Better than expected.

At first, we used it in a controlled, studio situation with a greenscreen.  It was easy to setup and people quickly adjusted to it.  We did nine interviews with it with people of various experience and comfort with a camera.  No one  had any trouble with EyeDirect.

Greatly satisfied, we decided to take it on location and try it on everyday employees.  We did 7 interviews in this manner.  And again, not a single person had any problem adjusting.

In the field, we set it up differently.  We mounted it to its own tripod instead of the camera's, so we could move quickly and free the camera to get B-roll.  Because of this, we also did not use a black mask (rubber donut)  around the lens.  No one complained or had a problem.

I consider it a big success and thank you once again for such an ingenious invention."  Tom T. Indiana

"Hello Steve,      We just receive shipment and made some tests. Really nice device. Thanks for your help."   Philippe M. Paris France

"Hi Steve,  The EyeDirect was phenomenal this morning on the shoot.  I was actually quite impressed with how easily the teleprompting with the iPad worked.  The only problem we had was just finding the right speed for our talent to read at, and everything else was a breeze!"  Jason Hess, Dallas

"I'm going to put it together tomorrow- thanks for packing it well!"   Raivan H.

"Steve-  I've been making documentaries for 40 years. Recently an opportunity came my way to produce, direct and shoot a film about opera for PBS. I wanted to give it a different look from my past work, so I'm using some animation, shooting some sequences with DSLR, and shooting all the interviews with EyeDirect.  EyeDirect has transformed my interviews! My films are all about storytelling. No narration; the interview drives the narrative. Using EyeDirect, it's no more talking to someone off-camera; these people are telling their stories directly to you! The eye contact with the viewer is incredibly powerful and authentic. The device flies and schleps easily (lightweight) and sets up in a snap.. I've used it with a Sony F3, EX-1, and Canon DSLR." -Mark Birnbaum  Mark Birnbaum Productions

"The EyeDirect builds rapport easily and simply. The interviewee is intrigued at first but then quickly comfortable — and we can begin to dialogue
naturally."

Oliver Hockenhull, Vancouver based media artist, filmmaker and writer

"...our interviews have power and presence very unlike the conventional interviews"

Howard Wexler, Director/Filmmaker, Museum of Tolerance project

"We are in our 2nd week of interviews at the Museum of Tolerance using the EyeDirect. Great stuff... I build a velour curtain that hides all cables and crew, so the 90 year old survivors have complete focus and attention towards the lens. Very powerful content."

"EyeDirect relaxes the interviewees."

David Chaffin, Online Educational Media Producer/Director

"I work with content experts who often are very self conscience and intimidated by a camera. EyeDirect takes the anxiety out of a shoot and lets me get the real person."

"It is well designed, well built, durable, and easy to set up."

David Conover, Director, Compas Light Productions BEHOLD THE EARTH

Steve McWilliams Director/Camera

"The device requires no electricity and works with any camera. I developed it so my commercial and documentary work would be easier. I can photograph 10 month old babies, or camera shy teens and capture authentic footage or stills, without stress."
